Refund & Exchange policy


The condition of every pair of Talking Toes socks is thoroughly reviewed and examined before we send them out to you. Trust us; we don’t compromise on quality.However, should you receive a delivery containing the wrong pair of socks or a damaged pair, do contact us at talkingtoesnz@gmail.com. We only accept returns within 14 days of your order date.

Only faulty or incorrectly sent socks, that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels and original packaging attached, can be returned for an exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges of socks that are damaged through the incorrect removal of labels and/or original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on socks once the labels or original packaging is removed. An exchange may be refused at our discretion if socks are deemed to be in an unacceptable condition upon return.
